CAIA Canada West presents ‘Specialty Finance – Niche Credit Strategies Reviewed,’ an informative session on specialty finance, a fast growing area in private credit. Topics covered will include a look at what specialty finance is as well as how it has evolved. Additionally, this session will address the risks and opportunities specialty finance faces in the current environment, what role it has in a portfolio, and if it can be a diversifier to private credit allocation. Speakers will also take a closer look at three types of the many types of lending: aviation leasing, litigation finance and insurance-linked loans.
